As promised, here is the step-by-step guide on how you can set up your Internet Explorer browser for proxy server usage.

Run Internet Explorer. Go to “Tools > Internet Options“.

Click “Connections” tab. Then click “LAN Settings“.

Check “Use a proxy server for your LAN” and “Bypass proxy server for local addresses“. Enter the address and port field according to your choice earlier. Click “OK” and you’re done!
